As part of your wedding day, we want to be there for you. We’ll never just show up, take pictures, and leave — we want to walk with you from beginning to end.
We want to know the long version of your love story and what made the stars align. How all the little things add up and amount to your once-in-a-lifetime romance.
We want to hear about how you chose your wedding flowers because they were your grandma’s favorite, and we want to hear about why the ring bearer is riding down the aisle on the little red tricycle from your childhood.
Part of our job is to really get to know you! After all, if you’re trusting us to document your love story, we want to make sure we’re there to witness the real thing.

From the moment you reach out to the final celebration, we’re here to guide you through every step of the process. Planning a wedding is a huge task, and we know how overwhelming it can be to make sure all the pieces are falling into place. When it comes to your wedding photos and super 8 film, we want you to rest assured that you’re hiring two people who know you and what you value on your big day. That means you’re getting clear and thorough communication from us, from day one. Here’s a look into what to expect in your next steps from here:
1 — FILL OUT OUR INQUIRY FORM
Think of it as the first step in finding your perfect match—we can't wait to hear your story and start planning together!
2 — BROWSE OUR PRICING AND CHOOSE YOUR COLLECTION
Take a look at our offerings and pick the collection that feels perfect for your celebration.
3 — CONFIRM AVAILABILITY AND SCHEDULE A DISCOVERY CALL
Once we’ve confirmed we're available for your date, you’ll set up a discovery call on our calendar so we can get to know each other and ensure we're the perfect fit.
4 — LOCK IT IN
Right after our discovery call, we’ll send you your customized booking proposal, which holds you on our calendar for 7 days while you take the time to review it all. When you’re ready to make it official—secure your date with a signed contract and 30% deposit.
5 — PRE-WEDDING CHECK-INS
As your wedding day approaches, we'll stay in touch to ensure everything is on track. You'll fill out our wedding questionnaire to help us capture your vision perfectly.
6 — VISION CALL
Two months before the big day, we’ll hop on a vision call to go over all the details and make sure everything is set.
7 — LET’S PARTY!
You’ll squeeze your people, laugh until you cry, and dance the night away. We’ll be there to capture every moment, big and small, as we celebrate alongside you! It’ll be an unforgettable evening.
8 — GALLERY DELIVERY
Once the confetti settles, we’ll send you a few sneak peeks because we just can’t help it. Then, you’ll receive your full gallery of digital and film photos within 6 weeks from your wedding day, and your full collection of super 8 films within 8 weeks from your wedding day. Plus, you’ll have access to our partner photo lab so you can order stunning, high-quality prints to help you relive the best day ever, over and over again.
